Birth Re-registration Appointment Booking

Kent County Council will use the data you provide for the sole purpose of making your appointment. Your personal details will be retained for a maximum of 5 years after your appointment and will not be passed to any other parties or used for any other purpose without your permission.

If you wish to re-register a birth in accordance with the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008 please telephone 03000 41 51 51 for appointments in Kent or 03000 41 52 52 for appointments in Bexley and ask to speak to a Registration Officer before making your booking. 

Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive an email with your reference number. You should quote this when attending your appointment or contacting us to amend or cancel your appointment.
